‍Dolgellau is at the crossroads of Wales in the south of the Eryri National Park. The A470 passes around the town, linking north and south, the A494 connecting us to the north-east, and the A487 connecting us to the south-west. 

The nearest car park for the town centre is Y Marian Mawr (LL40 1UU).

Train
‍
If you’re arriving by train, the closest train station is Morfa Mawddach. Alternatively for those travelling from the south, you can get off at Machynlleth and take an approx. 30min bus ride on the Lloyd’s Coaches T2 to reach Dolgellau; or if travelling from the North along the Pwllheli line, get off at Abermaw (Barmouth), and take the T3 Traws Cymru bus to Dolgellau (approx. 30 mins)
